To make safe, fast and reliable deliveries we entrust the shipment of your orders to express couriers of the highest reliability and quality thanks to which we can guarantee delivery throughout Italy within 72 hours.

Associated with every order sent with one of our couriers is (and you will be notified by an e-mail confirmation that the package has left our warehouse) a “tracking number.” This is an identification number with which it is possible to know the exact location of the shipped package, monitoring its path online, in real time. This information is available online approximately 24 hours after order processing.

Transportation costs

Shipping is free for orders over € 40.00; orders below that will be charged € 7.90.

For shipments to some regions there is a small surcharge indicated then in the shopping cart when ordering: Calabria and Sicily € 4.00 and Sardinia € 6.00.

Cash on delivery, directly to the courier upon delivery

Payment can be made directly to the courier by cash or NON TRANSFERABLE bank check payable to HOSPITAL TECHNOLOGY SRL;

if you pay cash, we advise you to prepare the exact amount as the courier does not give change. This type of payment allows a maximum of €500 to be entrusted to the courier. If the amount is more than this, payment by Advance Transfer will be required.

By Bank Transfer in advance

If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer in advance to the bank details that will be indicated on your order confirmation within 24 hours of your submission.

This method of payment slows down the process of handling your order because before shipping the items you purchased we will wait for the crediting of the amount which must be done within 7 working days otherwise we will consider the order cancelled.

The reason for the transfer must include: the order number indicated in the order confirmation, the date of making the transfer and name/surname of the order holder.
