RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN GOODS

You can return any product purchased on our site within fourteen business days of receiving the goods. Below you will find all the information regarding your right of withdrawal and how to return.

Before making the return, you must write an email to: info@higienicpants.com specifying the date of purchase and the reasons for the return. In the following days, you will receive our eventual return authorization.

WARNING! Before shipping, you must wait for our return authorization which will be sent via email and will contain the authorization code.

Products arriving at our warehouse without our prior authorization will be automatically rejected. If you return the product to us, the only charge you will incur is for shipping the return package. We will refund the full value of your purchase (Cost of the product + Any shipping costs incurred to send it to you).

The returned product must be returned new, in the original undamaged packaging. Hospital Technology S.r.l. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to retain a portion corresponding to the value of the damage done to the product or packaging.

The return shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and can be made via whatever carrier/courier/shipper the customer deems most appropriate

No returns accepted:

• In case of purchasing products custom-made for you;
• In case of purchasing intimate/body-contact products for obvious hygienic reasons (such as briefs).

The right of withdrawal applies only and exclusively to purchases made by final consumers (so it is not valid on purchases made with an invoice bearing VAT number and / or tax code not traceable to a natural person).

We undertake to take back at our expense the delivered product if it does not conform to the order as evidenced by the order confirmation. Color differences cannot be considered as products that do not conform to the order.

The supplier of the services or products requested is Tecnologia Ospedaliera srl, with registered office in Sona Verona, Italy, Via Liguria, 61 Pursuant to D. Lgs 206 of 2005, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract concluded on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in accordance with the conditions above.

Mandatory conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; you can not exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg.: inserts, accessories, etc. …); the purchased goods must be undamaged and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); the goods subject to exercise the right of withdrawal must be returned in normal condition: therefore, will not be accepted used products that show signs of damage or dirt and that consequently can no longer be considered intact; some particular products already used can NOT be returned for hygienic and sanitary reasons; shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, the customer will be notified (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; we do not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained: the lack of the outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product (insert, accessories …) or anomalies to the product itself; damage to the product for reasons other than its transport; a state of dirt on the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

In compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health dated March 28, 2013 on advertising to the public, all content on the website of Hospital Technology Srl and related products sold under the brands Higienic Pants and Silverette, medical devices, medical-surgical aids, such as text, images, photos, movies, animations, drawings, attachments and anything else, are not of an advertising nature.

All content is to be understood and is solely informational in nature aimed solely at making customers and potential customers aware of product features. All trademarks mentioned are Registered Trademarks ® owned by their respective manufacturers.
